Suspicious Scar Tissue

Quick question, has anyone had the scar tissue grow? I had a mammogram and ultra sound last week and it showed up there. I had an MRI a year ago because I felt something unusual in my other breast in this same spot, but now it has grown.

There was a visiting surgeon with my Onco and she felt it too. There is another lump behind it that maybe a swollen lymph node. I go back in three months to see if it has grown, and will then have a MRI. My doctor wants to wait for the MRI so I don't undergo undo radiation.

If you have had this experience, did it turn out to be cancer? Thank you in advance.

I have had scar tissue increase and change. I also have had a recurrence (different times)

The site that had scar tissue, they did an ultrasound guided biopsy to confirm

Do you mean the side with the scar tissue was biopsied and was shown as cancer?

I have always been a person who has made a lot of scar tissue.

8 months after BMX I had some scar tissue biopsied. It was just scar tissue

14 months after BMX I had what they thought was scar tissue in a different area biopsied. It was cancer.

12 months after that I had another area of scar tissue biopsied. It was scar tissue.
