Hi, anyone of you had a mutation in your mets? My mum was diagnosed with a er- pr+ her2- breast cancer stage I in 12/2008. Her mets diagnosis were in 11/2014 but then cells were er+ pr- her2-

My question is if anyone of you who had mutation has been biopsed after the first mets biopsy.
