Multiple biopsies with Fibrocystic Breast Disease?

Hello! New here. I had a major scare a few months ago. Long story short my lump biopsy ended up benign (fatty tissue). The entire process cost 3k out of pocket because apparently my out of pocket maximum is extremely high (will change next year).

I just found a new lump on the other breast. It feels exactly the same as before and I'm sure I'm about to spend another 3k for another biopsy that i'm sure will end up the same. Is there an end to this? Do women with multiple cysts need to get every single one biopsied. I was told my breast were very cystic years ago. I'm assuming this is only the start. The lumps don't hurt but the pain, $ and anxiety over these biopsies does!!!

Any advice?????
