Cardiac issues during Chemo

Hello all!

I was diagnosed early November, had a mastectomy of the right breast late November. I'm stage IIb, ER +, PR + and HER2 -ve. My chemo regimen started three weeks back. I was supposed to get 3 cycles of AC and 3 cycles of Taxol. A week or so after my first chemo cycle, I developed palpitations, dry cough and irregular heartbeat. So on the basis of my cardiologist's assessment, my regimen is now changed to 4 cycles of Taxol only and no more AC. Anyone else face this issue? What about Taxol - is that cardio toxic as well? Is it a good idea to switch? Any help/ suggestions appreciated! Thanks in advance!
