It is with great sadness that I must share the news that our dear friend LindaE passed from this world yesterday afternoon. Her sister Martine related that Linda passed peacefully and with dignity.

This has already been posted on a few threads, but Linda has been a kind, compassionate, and upbeat presence on these board for several years and I'm sure there are many more whose lives she touched who would want to know.

Please keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers as they go through these difficult days.

    Oh, I am so sorry to hear this. I didn't happen to read a thread where she posted that she would be going on hospice, so I did not get to "speak" with her recently. I am thankful to know she passed peacefully and with dignity Sending my condolences to her sister and other family and friends.

    So sorry to hear this. My condolences to Linda's family and friends during this difficult time. I hope they find strength and peace. Ugh cancer.

    Jobur, this is LindaE54? I did read she decided to stop treatments a few days ago. I am saddened to hear this. Thank you for letting us know. My thoughts and prayers are with her family right now.

    Thanks Jo for posting this. If anyone would like to send a card to her family, you may pm me and I will give you the address. I have been texting with her sister. I'm heartbroken.

    Thanks Jo for doing this. Linda was one of the first to greet me on the bone mets thread. We just connected immediately and pm'd each other often. She was always there to encourage me and keep me positive. She was beautiful inside and out, and I'm absolutely heartbroken to learn of her passing. Rest in peace my beautiful friend.

    Adding my love for Linda. She was such a wonderful woman and was so encouraging to me and many others. It’s so hard to get my mind around these losses
