13 months post DIEP flap, groin scar tissue?

Hi All! I am 13 months post DIEP flap reconstruction for my bilateral mastectomy. Three weeks ago, I found a 2x1 inch lump, on the same side as the cancer, in my groin. I waited to call the dr after it was still there and larger after the three weeks. The oncologist has no idea what it is but suggested it may be scar tissue from the surgery. I haven't been sick at all and I am still in PT where he breaks up all my scar tissue in my adbomen, breasts and scarline. I had a CAT scan today and the tech said doesnt seem like a mass, but seems like may be surgery related. My question is, has anyone had a lump appear in this area over a year post DIEP flap surgery and it turned out to be scar tissue?
