Almost feel worse on rads than chemo

Hi, anyone else experience this or feel equally rough through both treatments? I've had 16 of 25 and it hit me pretty hard yesterday. Fatigue, nausea, and just generally off. Was out shopping this am and honestly thought I was going to pass out, reminded me of how I would feel during chemo. I do have to remind myself that I need to take it easy as I am still doing everything I was before rads. Just curious if anyone else has had this experience.

Jnnmn, I totally understand because I felt the same way. Radiation was very hard for me psychologically and physically too. Maybe because it followed six months of chemotherapy. I believe you are on the same protocol.

Keep reminding yourself there is an end at the end of this tunnel. I am almost four years post treatment and life is good.

I thought rads would be a breeze but I also found it just as hard as chemo. I am more tired now than I was during chemo. And, my skin is kind of a mess right now. I only have one more treatment but they are using a bolus so I am getting more rads to skin and so it is uncomfortable. Ready for all this crap to be over already.
