Hi all,

I saw my PS yesterday and have an exchange date provisionally set for April 24. In my right breast I have a TE, and the plan is to opérate on my left breast to make it as symmetrical as possible.

When options were laid out, there was 1) redistribution of the fat in my left breast to lift and reshape it and 2) removal of some fat in my left breast in order to put in a silicone implant (what I will have in my fully reconstructed right breast). My PS told me with the second option, sometime after I might experience what he called a "waterfall" effect, where the implant is still up high and gravity takes some of your breast down below it.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and, if so, when did it happen? Was it very pronounced?
