BIRADS 4 - Subareolar nodule with vascularity

I just went to pick upmy ultrasound report and it's a Birads 4 - no subgrading like a, b, c.

Report says: Serpiginous .9 cm hypoechoic area with a central hyperechoic component in the subareolar region of the left breast demonstrating vascular flow on Doppler examination.

My biopsy isn't for 3 more weeks and I can't make heads or tails of this. Serpiginous?? I looked it up and it said wavy. Is that bad? All the radiologist told me was that the nodule had vascularity so it’s best for it to be biopsied. I didn’t know any other questions to ask him at the time.

My biopsy isn’t for 3 weeks! If it’s something bad I’d rather know now then wait. Has anyone had a similar mass? What was the diagnosis?
