After treatment ends...

Hello! I have been trying to find information and have had no such luck. I am 31yrs old and was diagnosed at 25. I had chemo, radiation, bilateral mastectomy and tons of reconstruction. I started chemo in 2011 along with Lupron injections. After chemo I started Arimidex (because of blood clots) and continued the lupron injections every 3 months. I had my last injection August of 2017. I am now completely done all treatment. So now I am curious to know when I will start ovulation and menstruation again. When will I feel normal again? I was thinking of trying to conceive. Any feedback would be great! Thanks in advance! Xox

Congrats for finishing your 5 years of Arimdex! Have you visited an OB/Gyn? Your OB/Gyn can run some tests to determine whether or not you're ovulating. Sometimes, the doctor needs to jump-start ovulation. I stopped ovulating after my daughter was born, and my doctor put me on Clomid, which helped me conceive my twin sons. After that pregnancy, I went back to ovulating on my own. Good luck!
