Possible toxicty on carboplatin and taxotere

Greetings all. I am 65 years old and have been on tchp every three weeks. Total sx treatments in all and the first one was Sept ember 18. Last one is scheduled for tomorrow Jan 8. Through the past three weeks I have had some possibly toxc side effects. Needed blood transfusion December 29:had low platelets (140000)this past week requiring platelet transfusion on inuary 5? Also have received potassium infusion twice and now am on potassium pills. Almost went into hospital due to severe mouth sores causing problem s eating and drinking. Better today and for last few days as always happens blood work results tomorrow will inform once decision to hold taxotere and carboplatin as will my description of how the past few weeks have been.

Dose may be reduced and given tomorrow or postponed. Ha anyone experienced these issues with these or any other chemo drugs?
