Would you rather have pain or swelling?

Hi!! I was on letrozole for a good year or so, but was having a lot of joint pain esp in the mornings. Felt ok as I got up & moving. Thought I’d change and asked my Dr. She put me on Exemestane & have been on that for about a month. Joint pain has eased, but now I’m having swelling/tinglingin my hands and feet. Thinking of switching back to the letrozole. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and thinking the pain that kinda dissipates during the day is better than having swelling. Battling weight gain as well. I’m 46 and was always active & in shape. Thecselling is not helping with the weight loss battle. Any advice is appreciated.
