TE to Implant exchange AND Nipple/Areola

reconstruction done at same time? On the 2nd I had my implant exchange. Implants are 685cc. He also did the nipples and Areola. I've got Madonna like guards on them, but a little freaked because the colors on the nipple are changing. A little pink, a little greyish, and some black - I think the black is stitches.

I've got a call into his office, but has anyone else experienced this. I wonder how long I have to wear these guards?
