Dignicap and Taxol + AC Protocol- has anyone has success?

Waiting for results takes forever, moving into chemo is at the speed of sound. I am 50 years old, Stage 3A, 7/31 positive nodes, IDC, E+P+ Her2- and have been advised 12 weekly ( or 4 bi-weekly) Taxol, followed by AC.

Moffitt Cancer Center uses Dignicaps, but you need to get a fitting first and pay in advance and my chemo starts next Thursday! I am spinning trying to decide to go forward. The A in the AC, is what has the lowest percent of success, so doing Taxol first could be like seeing a bad guys, good side in the beginning LOL! I need to make a decision ASAP to reserve the infusion space, pay and get fitting appt.

Has anyone had success with Anthracyclines in their protocol??
