Have you had fat grafting in Delaware (whole breast or to fill/smooth around implants or flaps)? Or do you live in Delaware and travel for fat grafting? I'm starting to look into whole breast lipo fat grafting. If you've had whole breast reconstruction using lipo fat grafting, did insurance cover your procedures?
