I was diagnosed with stage 2b HER2 positive grade 3 tumor on Nov 3 2016 . I have since done 6 rounds of chemo (not including Herceptin) 45 days of radiation, double mastectomy and just recently got a DIEP flap on Nov 3, 2017. My oncologist mentioned sunny last visit, when I had my last dose of Herceptin on Dec 27,2017 that he wanted me to start a newly approved drug called Nerlynx in Jan for 1 year to reduce my chances of a reoccurrence I have not found any stories of women who have taken this daily pill and was wondering if there was anyone on here who had taken the drug. Honestly the side effects sound like chemo and I don't know if my family can handle that for a solid year . Thanks for any inf

There is a current thread on people taking this drug. I don’t know how to add a link but if you put Nerlynx or neratinib into the search bar past topics will show up. If you look at my post history the current one will show there.
