    Some of your images are cut off so I can't read it all.
    From what I it's saying it is IDC with DCIS, & clean margins.
    1 lymph node +

    ER+, PR+, HER2+

    that ki-67 score is moderate. I believe that still matches your Gr 2 dx in your sigline (presumably from your biopsy)
