Breast discomfort after running - anu suggestions?

I had a partial mx in March, left breast w/ a reduction on the right to match. I was told it took a lot of Plastic creativeness to make my left breast look good - lots of moving tissue around and they even took some tissue from my right breast to fill in my left (honestly, my gut said BMX but I ended becoming convinced that I would be fine with a partial mx and would be happy I did so).

I've begun running and weight lifting again in the past few weeks (I ended up with c-diff after chemo and it kicked my butt for almost two months so I'm just beginning to feel like myself again).

I'm now having some wonderful breast/chest (muscle/rib) discomfort - like I don't want you to hug me because it's so sore kind of discomfort - which sucks for me because I LOVE to hug!!

I've been wearing two sports bras at a time to help reduce the bounce factor I still have. I'm a size B. Else I run whilst holding the left boob completely still.

Doesn't seem to be helping much. Just curious if anyone else might have (or had) the same discomfort and what you tried to minimize it? Also, I know I'm not a year out post-op so it may just be a matter of time (which is frustrating but I understand).

Any suggestions or pearls of wisdom are appreciate - Merry Christmas - Happy Holidays - Happy New Year!
