Biopsy Tissue Biomarkers vs Surgery Tissue Biomarkers

Hello,
I have learned that the protocol in the province in which I live (Alberta, Canada) is to test only biopsy tissues for biomarkers (ER/PR/HER2). Presumably, there are studies indicating little difference in biomarker results between biospy and surgery tissue testing.
I am just curious whether there is anyone out there who had a markedly different biomarker result for her biopsy and surgery tissues?
