Sinuses: I need my flonase, any flonase fans?

Just some background: Four weeks ago was my last TCH (taxotere, carboplatin & herceptin), but I am continuing with just H every 3 weeks. Luckily, I'm not having the digestive side effects, although certain foods are still not tasting the way they should. Before the BC treatments began, I enjoyed years of little to no sinus trouble since I was on Flonase with an addition of Singulair for about a year.or so. I would also take a little low dose Sudafed, but hardly ever. A week or so into chemo and I had to stop the flonase due to nose bleeds.

I would really like to start up again with flonase and my pharmacist can see no reason not to, but perhaps to start up slowly to see what may happen. The congestion is getting to be a problem, obviously. Still, I'm afraid that if I start up again, there may be the nose bleeds, then I'll have to stop again and I'll be right back where I started (not being able to breathe through my nose and possibly snoring up a storm.

Any flonase users out there? Much appreciated.
