I have pre-pec TE's in and will have my swap for my implants Jan 9th. Wonder if anyone can give me any feedback on these 2 styles of implant. My PS is recommending the anatomicals. Whipplemom recommended the rounds. My PS thinks they will look too round on me but he did not have a sample in the office for me to look at (had a few different ones but not the Inspira). He has ordered in a sample and will bring what ever I want to the OR.

Thoughts??

Man I thought the hard part of this was over :( UGH

Well, I originally had sub pec Natrelle 410's and HATED the flat, wide, burger bun look. I switched to pre-pec Natrelle Inspira SCX's in September. They are MUCH better for me. I also had fat grafting to reduce the round "step off" in the upper poles.

If projection is important, go for the Inspiras.

The anatomical i hear are stiff and dont move much

    VegGal:

My PS said the 410’s sub pec would look like that. But holding a 400cc 410 at the office it sure looked flat and he uses the high profile ones. He will do fat grafting esp for the upper pole, just don’t want to rely on that working the way we hope (many stores on here of the fat dying)

Tara17: are your pre or sub pec?? And yes I didn’t think the anatomical felt very squishy :/

If anyone is willing to share photos (in bra or bathing suit is ok) id appreciate it!

    Thank you

fwiw my plastic surgeon said very few of his patients go with anatomicals. However my understanding is that they do recommend anatomicals for some body types (because they are a better fit for some women than the rounds). My surgeon showed me both styles when he presented me with all of my options. I have Inspira rounds and am very happy with.

I have Inspira Rounds -- happy with them. I'm very petite and they were small (275cc) but look big on my frame, if you can believe it.

Go to the Exchange thread and read a lot about what people have chosen and why. And how they are doing.

    Good luck!
