Hey everyone,

So Im having a bit of a hard time wrapping my head around this and a bit stressed.

So I have Stage IV with one single bone met to my sternum. Ive received chemo, surgery with unclear margins twice, cyber knife radiation on single bone met and about to undergo 35 days or radiation to rest of breast area. Since Ive had unclear margins twice now there is only 2.5 mm is left which my onc, surgeon, and radiologist believe they can diminish with radiation. The downside, they brought up large possibility of me undergoing chemo for a second time after radiation. They want to take all necessary precautions in getting rid of any cancer cells that might of spread to any other parts of my body since I was off of my hormone blockers for about 6 weeks due to international traveling and surgery as soon as I got back. Also another fact is since I took treatment so well they believe they can be a bit more aggressive with treatment. Also they factored in that since I'm only 28 the outcome of the procedures as a whole seem really rewarding and believe they can put me in remission.

Im really angry, sad, and scared about doing another round of chemo. I'm just getting back to my same old self and feeling normal again.

What should I do? Has anyone gone through chemo twice in such a short amount of time and if so how did you feel?
