Bi rad 4b 7mm by 3mm mass found in my duct

so found a mass in my duct radiologist said bi-rad 4b. Excision requested

Does this out my chance super high for it being cancer

• BIRADS IV: suspicious abnormality
  • there is a mammographic appearance which is suspicious for malignancy
  • biopsy should be considered for such a lesion
  • these can be further divided as
    • BIRADS IVa: low level of suspicion for malignancy
    • BIRADS IVb: intermediate suspicion for malignancy
    • BIRADS IVc: moderate suspicion for malignancy
  • Risk of cancer:
    • BIRADS III: ~2%
    • BIRADS IV: ~30%
    • BIRADS V: 95%

I have seen a bit different statistics on BIRADS 4b - positive predictive value moderately low at 36% (meaning that approximately 36% of BIRADS 4b classified findings will be bc). It is still considered moderately low, so hoping for b9 results for you!
