Liver mets or Benign Hemangioma?

Hi to all, I am 51 years old diagnosed with stage 2b IDC, grade 3 her2 positive. And did mastectomy. Then 2days after my surgery I did an ultrasound and there said in my liver that:

“The liver size is within normal with smooth contour. It has a span of 13.2 cm. The intrahepatic ducts are not dilated. However, there is a solid lesion noted at segment 6/7 of the right lobe measuring 3.8 x 3.7 cm. Background of moderate diffuse fatty infiltration is noted."

I am very confused and what i am thinking is if this is a sign of mets, then why the size of this lesion is almost the same as my removed tumor of 4cm? Is that how fast it can grow from my breast into the liver upon my stage 2b diagnosis? I did mastetctomy only 1 week after diagnosis and found 4cm breast tumor and after that, an ultrasound result with my liver that has 3.8cm lesion? Thats really fast

I also didnt have any pain or vomiting or appetite loss.

Any one on this forum have likely the same ultrasound result but a benign lesion found?

Hi Boom, this has not been my experience but I wanted to suggest you post on the 'not diagnosed with metsbut worried' forum and saw that you had a couple answers there. Fatty liver is fairly common and usually benign.
