Enlarged lymph nodes, swelling, mass in abdominal scan

My sentinel node biopsy was clear when I had lumpectomy in March. Now 9 months later an abdominal CT scan shows enlarged right paratracheal lymph node and enlarged GE junction or gastrohepatic lymph nodes. I am freaking out. I have been throwing up about two times a week for several months. Thought it just was acid reflux.

Will be having endoscopy asap.

Has anyone else had anything similar pop up so soon after initial diagnosis?
