Cytokeratin negative on biopsy results??

Hello! My mom got her biopsy results last night. She has invasive ductal cancer grade 2. She had a suspicious node tested also which tested positive. (Results said metasis consistent). Not sure what that means. Does anyone know what cytokeratin negative means? I have been trying to find info online but we can’t find much. We’ve been waiting for her dr’s to call but we haven’t heard anything yet. It’s all a whirlwind of information! Thanks ladies! Ka
