nipple lump. pain

I have a lump basically fixed in place attached to inside of my nipple. I dijd have bloody discharge now just discharge it does not discharge if I was to squeeze it. only discharge comes out when not being touched. I keep gettijng severe stabbing pains off and on. I had a mammogram and ujltrasoung several months ago for this pain itchiness I did have and a lump doctor felt that is still there ultrasound at that time said nothing wrong just enlarged lymph nodes ikn alternate breast. now back to now I have a biopsy done not till end of December and mammogram and ultrasound again before the biopsy doctor keeps saying pagers maybe. I have no other changes in nipple besides areola is darker now and harder beneath and lump attached to nipple just curious the thoughts out there
