5cm and over always turns into something?

I posted earlier and I've been reading. I'm 53 post men. with implants.

See I was diagnosed with 5cm and a small 2 cm cyst benign in LB . they said. I went for u/s 3 months later still same. For some reason I understood (remembered) it was 2 cm. Not 5cm.

Well life happens had death in family and family issues. Its been 3 Yrs. Since I had it checked. Only reason I'm checking now is my ex diagnosed with kidney c. And others I know. Which just brought it to the forefront like a bolt of lightning. I have Dr appt thurs and Fri. Am for diagnostic mam. & u/s but today I found out it was 5cm! To my utter shock and now fear.

It seems to maybe be bigger it bothers me in my sports bra or certain bras. I'm now freaking out. What are the stats on that size turning into concerning? I've been feeling around my breat and its now painful probably massaged it too much myself trying to size it up. Ugghh I'm freaking out. I do
