Anyone willing to recommend an Onocologist plus Plastic surgeon team for Mastectomy in the Philadelphia/NYC region? and why?

I saw Dr. Tchou (pronounced chew) at Penn Med and felt very comfortable with her. I have not had surgery, yet, though. I'm researching reconstruction options.

I just did my surgery at Einstein. Dr. Jennifer Simmons did my mastectomy and my stay in the hospital was good. Everyone was nice.
