Am having recurring blisters on skin on left breast radiated 5 years ago, which has also been reconstructed. Radiation took place during first cancer Nov-Dec 2012 (chemo, lumpectomy, radiation); reconstruction during second cancer (bi-lateral mast) Aug 2014 - Jan 2015. In past couple months have had 2 or 3 fluid filled blisters on same spot.Am only seeing Onc doc regularly at this point, he was not concerned but also did not know why was happening. Has anyone else had experience with this? Not sure who to ask - rad Onc? plastic surgeon? Dermatologist?

That is a tough one. it seems worthy an ask to you Radiation oncologist, certainly. Perhaps the best place to start

It does seem a rather long time to be dealing this, so we encourage you to consult your treatment team. We're thinking about you!

might be shingles. I had the blisters on my upper breast area the 2nd go round with shingles. Thought I had poison ivy at first
