Recommendations for Neurologist/Dermatologist in DC/MD/VA area

Dear Friends,
My wife is receiving TCHP as part of her breast cancer treatment (following a double mastectomy). After her first infusion, she has begun to suffer ringing in her ears and a rash on her chest, back and face. I have seen here that many people suffer similar side effects. We thought perhaps a dermatologist who knows something about side effects of chemo could help with the rash, and a neurologist (?) with similar knowledge could advise on the hearing issues. Do you happen to know anyone in the DC/MD/VA area? Or do you have other advice? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer. GPH
