Can you help me interpret my mammogram report?

“Impression: Incomplete.

Technique: Full field diagnostic bilateral digital mammography was performed with tomosynthesis. The images are also evaluated with R2 computer aided- detection software.

The breast parenchyma is entirely fatty replaced. There is a focal asymmetry in the right breast central region, middle depth, 7-8 cm away from the nipple.”

I had the mammogram last Thursday, got called back Friday, and my appt for another mammogram and an ultrasound is this Friday.

I would appreciate your input! I’m so anxious.
