Spindle Cell Lesion - Benign.....but?????

I'm very thankful that my mamo, ultrasound, MRI and three biopsies led me to the words "it's not cancer." However, I still need surgery and the condition seems very rare and gray. Can anyone shed light on this type of diagnosis?

I'm sorry,   I don't know what this is, but hopefull someone will come along soon that does. what did you doctors say about it?
