Left supraclaviclar node large and sore

quick history:

Stage 1a BC Nov. 26, 2014

Double mastectomy

Just a tiny bit of invasion but no node involvement

Only treatment - Tamoxifen

Melanoma stage 2 May 2017

Tumor removed with clean margins

No node involvement

Yesterday my node on my left collarbone was sore. Before I even told my boyfriend, he noticed it "poking out." It's definitely enlarged, and as I said tender.

Outside of recent headaches I'm chalking up to allergies, I don't feel bad...no indication of any infection.

For the record, I never "qualified" for a PET/CAT scan with either cancers.

I did the wrong thing and googled. After seeing (only in the results, lol) the supraclaviclar node being enlarged/sore is normally a sign of malignancy, I stopped.

Has anyone had this happen and it NOT point to malignancy? And of course I want to hear the other side as well.

Thanks!

Edited to add...I will be calling oncologist first thing I'm AM. :-)
