Best advice for BMX recovery!

I’d love some tips on how to prepare for my double mastectomy. I’m getting tissue expanders put in as well. Any advice on how to make recovery as comfortable as possible??

Be sure to join the surgery group here for the month you are having surgery. Also read through the posts from earlier months. There is a wealth of information.Best wishes!
