Hi I have just been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. I had a lumpectomy last week and 2 lymph nodes removed.

Have been feeling great for the past week but today just "bang". I have servere pain in my armpit and soreness in my arm and shoulder. I drove yesterday and did some shopping. Have I been to premature in doing this.

    Did you have positive nodes? 

    I think that if you have soreness as a result of your activities, yes, maybe shopping and driving were a little premature :)

    We all do this!   If you rest a bit it will get better. It's hard: you feel good and think you can do things, and then find out differently by doing them. Then you have to regroup and go back to baseline and wait again. Sympathies!
