when I was 24yrs old I had a sonogram don on my left breast because I had pain there, results showed benign. They found a small nodule there and said biopsy not needed at that time. I went for a regular doctors visit, my doctor recommended a sonogram of my right breast because she felt a cyst. I had a sonogram and mammogram done both came back with abnormality if left breast but right breast was fine. Left breast density in upper inner quadrant. MRI was done a showed something, now I need a biopsy. I am now 34 so ten years late the “nodule grew a little”

I'm so nervous!! Please help..Feedback pleas

Even though you have been sent for imagining and now a biopsy, your chances of having cancer is still very low, less than 30%.  Generally speaking and certainly in my case the biopsy is not really a big deal, just takes time you'd rather spend elsewhere than in a medical setting.  Try and keep yourself occupied doing some of your favorite things so you worry less.
