Question about implant reconstruction

Hi all!

I had my bmx 10/19 and due to a precious breast reduction, my doc put my tissue expanders in but didn’t fill them. So...I have these little weird donut/pancake/ Sharpei looking boobies at the moment. It was skin and nipple sparing.

My question is this: will he remove excess skin during my exchange? I want to be at least one size smaller than my old breasts and I worry I have too much skin here. How does that work?

    Hello! I had skin sparing BMX in July & just had my exchange for implants last week and wanted to go from a D to a C cup and my PS filled my expanders a bit more than where I wanted to be and at exchange he removed any excess skin while placing the smaller implants in. They look pretty good and change for the better daily! My PS says its normal and changes will occur over time until they settle. So you should be able to have same results :)
