both side hips pain

My mom had tnbc stage 3 breast cancer. see my stats,Now she is experiencing both sides hip pain.When i press with hands she feel the pain.Also she does not bend down.She is in pain from 4 days.Pain is not felt when she is walking or laying down on hips.Pain is only felt when doing activities which requires bending of upper body.She had ct scan of abdomen and pelvis in sept which was clear except a very small nodule on her lungs else everything was fine.I am terrified.This type of pain is something??Her age is 42.She felt pain in outer areas of hips below waist.Anyone who can help.

Ct was done when she was experiencing pain during urination and passing bowels.She always feel twitches in her calf and in her back.
