Now need a breast biopsy

Options

I had a huge lumpectomy 4 years ago. There's been biopsies since then, but nothing of concern, I had a routine MRI two days ago, and this time was actually afraid they'd find something. Now there's a small lump under the nipple that I'll be going in for an MRI guided biopsy for. I've had one before - somewhat barbaric.

I'm just wondering... if I press that area, I do feel a burning pain. Maybe that's good? I think it's somewhat near the surface... I don't know. Trying to figure out possibilities so I'm prepared. I did just read about papillomas being under the nipple - and how even when they biopsy benign, they typically still have you see a surgeon for excision to make sure. So I'm wondering what the odds will be of that happening and whether I should ask about just having a surgical biopsy..
