"A research team at the University of Missouri wants to conduct a study that will explore how race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, marital status, and other factors affects women's breast cancer care and health outcomes. The team hopes to recruit for their future study from the Army of Women, but first they need to know if the members of our Army are interested in participating. The answers you provide to this survey will help the researchers apply for the funding they need to conduct their study.What is the survey about? The survey, which can be completed on a smartphone, tablet, or computer, includes questions about age, marital status, social support, sexual orientation, gender identity, and race/ethnicity. Women who are breast cancer survivors will also be asked a brief set of questions about their breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. This survey should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. It is completely anonymous, no identifying information will be collected, and responses do not imply any commitment on your part to further participation in their research."
