Weird sensation, activity in right breast at 12:00
Not sure how to describe what is happening. I feel heat, ache, some weird sensation/sense of activity in my upper center right breast. MRI showed enhancement there and an MRI guided biopsy was recommended, but I had already chosen BMX to get rid of LCIS and ALH. I still have faint bruising and hematoma from the core needle biopsy that showed the LCIS and ALH, and if I were to feel anything weird I would think it would be related to the biopsy sites healing. Since my BMX is already scheduled for November 21, I dont think it's worth a doctor appointment, but it's unsettling
Has anyone ever had an experience like this?

Yes! I described it to my doctor as "it's doing something." She looked at me like I was strange. You're not crazy. Good luck with your surgery

Thank you Cpeachymom. It does sound kinda crazy, but there’s definitely something going on. I just can’t describe it well. I appreciate the reality check.

It is probably a nerve reaction from your biopsy. There will be lots of those shocks, tingles and weird feelings after mastectomy all due to the nerve interruption.

Thanks, Beatmon. That makes sense.
During the biopsy, it felt like my nipple was being cut off, and the doctor wasn’t anywhere near it - so clearly, the nerve circuits are complex.

Hello not sure if I am posting correctly here but here are my question s currently
Diagnosed jly 2017. Chem started every three weeks
Tchp started Sept 18
Her2 positive and we think estrogen neg and progesterone weakly positive. Rare combo so will be re tested on lumpectomy surgery Feb 1. Last tchp not given on January 8as I was toxc and had too many side effects. I'm 65.
Did get herceptin January 8 but not the other three.
At times I feel fatigued. Weak and almost flu like symptoms. Is this herceptin see or chemo still having it's effects left over from last chemo December 18?
Also am getting many sensations in the breast with cancer (tumour 2.4cm down from 4.4cm)these are intermittent and include paid and just tenderness and other weird feelings. Is this normal?what causes it? Can't wait til cancer is out of me!! Might these worsen before surgery February 1?
Thanks so much for any responses!!!
