Breast pain a year after surgery

I was just wondering if anyone out there has experienced pain a year after surgery and a little less than a year after radiation? I freak out really easy when I get pain in my breast where I had surgery. I don't have pain all the time just every now and then. I went for my annual check-up last week and the doctor didn't say she felt anything.
