Exchange to saline.will they feel more like a part of me?

Wondering if my reconstructed breasts will feel more like a part of me, rather than a foreign object under my skin once I have my exchange surgery? Tissue expander feels like plastic soda bottles on my chest when I hug someone or turn to sleep on my side and I'm quickly reminded of them being different. Wondering if "squishies" feel more like part of my own body on the emotional /psychological level ?
