Lumpectomy in December 2017

Almost finally! I have just one appointment left for HTC on November 9th and will continue with Herceptin every 3 weeks thereafter as long as my ECHO comes back well. Sometime before Thanksgiving, I'll have (another) breast MRI before lumpectomies are scheduled. My lump appears to be gone in my breast and my lymph node(s). Radiation therapy was mentioned but I am hoping that it gets dropped once my C team gets the results.

Have any of you had experience with lymph node removal done with lumpectomy? I hear that I could be back to work in 3 days, but that sounds optimistic.
