If only we could take probiotics and kick bc's ass... I'm going to keep taking my own probiotics even though my own research uncovers that probiotics aren't a miracle cure; the probiotic Kombucha cured a dx parasite I picked up on from a river trip two years ago, and I avoided having to take an awful, harsh drug called Flagyl, and I think it has benefits we just don't know about yet. I know there's a lot of hard science trying to prove that our gut bacteria affect depression and anxiety, and a lot of that research sounds pretty promising.
