After Breast Cancer

I have been in remission since December 2, 2016. I had stage2 mestastic breast cancer. I had lump removal, chemo and radiation as the cancer had spread into my lymphnodes. I have been experiencing a lot of what feels like burning, tearing and muscle seizing under the breast on the ribs. Is this normal???? Will this ever get better or go away????
