I am almost three weeks post bilateral surgery and have a lot of fluid in my underarms and I am curious if it will go away in its own or is there something I can do to help it along

    Bunny,

Have you seen your surgeon about this fluid?

From your brief description this accumulation of fluid may be a seroma.

(Some do go away - resorb by themselves - others need draining)

I had swelling below the arm pits for quite some time. My PS sent me to a PT and she would use kinetic tape to try and reduce swelling. I think it may have helped some. Now I am realizing some of it is just fat that was there before but just more visible now that the breast tissue is gone. I've been told that can be fixed when I have implant surgery
