Pi3K mutation

Hello, I had POG testing done in Canada (similar to Foundation 1 I think) and I apparently have the Pi3k mutation. What I have read so far is quite depressing; i.e that the cancer will become resistant to hormonals and even chemo, and that so far inhibitors had not worked well. ( I'm sure that's a gross simplification.)I know there are trials happening in the US but Canada seems to really initially trail behind when it comes to moving on new treatments. So my question is; has anyone with this mutation had a relatively long run on hormonal therapy? I only had one (good) scan since starting Ibrance and will have my second in November and petrified that things could already have changed for the worse. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!
