Itching from radiation

I recently had severe itching post radiation! I finished in May and then in July I started getting itchy where I had radiation. I tried what was recommended but nothing helped. Then just 3 weeks ago I started putting hydrogen peroxide on the area every morning and night and the itHas almost stopped! I can't say for certain this was the fix but if it is I had to share!
